Check Prop for Nicks and Security

I can't imagine it, but I heard after starting an engine a plane's prop spun off. Well, I check mine each preflight by trying to move it back and forth and look for nicks and dings (I think they are the same thing). Anyway I only operate out of paved runways so there isn't much to mess up my prop. How's this for a shiny prop.

I usually take a look inside the engine to make sure birds haven't nested in there but it's not a problem with the plane being kept in the hangar.
