Verify Fuel Position is On

This is the first of three times this switch is checked for being "on" before taking off. This switch is just forward and beneath the center of the two seats. In this position it allows fuel to flow to the carburetor.

Notice the little plate indicates 22.5 gallons of fuel. That's maximum useable fuel. The tanks hold 13 gallons each so three and one half gallons that are not usable.
