Disclaimer

After making audio recordings of a flight I became concerned about putting actual tower conversations on the Internet. I called the tower supervisor and was directed to a FAA lawyer in Los Angeles. After explaining my intentions he requested that I include a disclaimer stating that the FAA has nothing to do with this site. So, here it is:

This is not an FAA sanctioned site and there is no endorsement of the information therein by the FAA.

Also, I've made considerable effort to be accurate and I assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of this information.
